1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 356Jili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 356Jili ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the 356Jili platform, including visitors, registered players, and anyone who interacts with any content, service, or feature available at 356jili.best.

By registering an account on 356Jili, making a deposit, or placing a wager — whether through our website or any future mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 356Jili platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the 356Jili service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as may be amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To use the 356Jili platform and participate in any betting or gaming activity, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 356Jili platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all accounts and forfeit any associated funds, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must notify us immediately at support@356jili.best if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You agree to keep your registered contact details (email, phone number) current and accurate at all times.
• You accept that all bets and transactions made from your account are your responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you.
• You must not use automated scripts, bots, or any other software that interacts with the 356Jili platform on your behalf without our explicit written consent.

Account verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) may be required before withdrawals are processed. Verification typically involves submitting a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID) and proof of payment method. We will process verification requests within 2–3 business days.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 356Jili platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

356Jili does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Please check with your e-wallet or bank provider for any applicable fees on their end.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

356Jili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PHP and can only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion details.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 356Jili platform — including slots, live dealer games, virtual sports, sports betting, and specialty games like Color Game — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or real-time live dealer systems. These are independently audited to ensure fairness.

By participating in any game on 356Jili, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by any action taken by 356Jili staff.
• The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game, the outcome recorded on our server will be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 356Jili platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity using the platform.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain an unjust advantage; any winnings gained through exploits will be void.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the 356Jili platform, its servers, or its associated infrastructure.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 356Jili management.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 356Jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors or system outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from your use of the platform, including gambling losses.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or third-party infrastructure issues.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of 356Jili shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Account Termination

You may close your 356Jili account at any time by submitting a request through our customer support channels. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

356Jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 356Jili platform after any amendments become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes.
